We traverse hundreds of kilometers and source our turmeric from the Salem District of India. Our high-quality turmeric is traditionally ground by small-scale farmers. The roots are washed to remove dirt, dust, and stones. They are then sun-dried.

Our Turmeric powder is sourced from the state of Tamil Nadu, in South India, the District of Salem is the world's largest producer of turmeric. Salem District is also known as the “yellow city” or “turmeric city”.
Spices are sourced by small-scale farmers and grounded in traditional Chakkis, to ensure pure taste and retention of natural ingredients.
Turmeric powder also known as the golden herb is rich in zinc and calcium and free from any adulterants, artificial colors, and chemicals.
Our spices directly come from farms, not from factories. We work with farmers directly and aim to produce the best quality natural products.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues

Exceptions / non-returnable items

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Cancellation Policy
Any cancellations to the order shall be made before the order is sent for shipping, to claim refund of the paid amount. No refund shall be made once the product is being shipped.

Refund policy
1. Refund shall be made under following conditions:
- Order was cancelled.
- Order was not delivered to the recipient. (This does not include the case for unfounded recipient)
- If there is any complaint regarding the quality of the product being delivered, we will enquire about the same and if it is found to be true, the customer will get a full refund or the product will be replaced.
